Registration for DTC25 is still open, but we’ve temporarily removed the public registration link so we can track new registrants. Please email meetings@adces.org to receive the registration link, or you’re welcome to register onsite.

Payment Options:

ADCES accepts payment by credit card only through our registration site. Payments made by check or purchase order will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy / Refunds:

The ADCES reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses. ADCES provides refunds (less a $75 administrative fee) for registrations canceled by Wednesday, November 19, 2025. No refunds will be given for Residents or no-shows. To request a refund, please submit your written request to the ADCES Meeting Services Department at meetings@adces.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
